- Work plan (8–12 weeks): Clear milestones adapted to your needs.
- Personal sessions (60–75 min): Online worldwide or in person in Lübeck.
- Tasks & follow-up: Simple steps to apply between sessions.
- Closing & maintenance plan: Consolidating progress for the long run.
